We’ll review your entire revenue cycle, from pre-registration/pre-service to claim adjudication thru resolution of account (excluding HIM services). If desired or required, we can also focus on just one specific area.

The goal? Analyze your current state revenue cycle operations to improve accurate revenue capture, increase cash collections, and reduce bad debt.

When we’re done we’ll report on revenue cycle issues, help you prioritize opportunities for improvement, and work with you to put together a realistic implementation plan. We can then hand things over to you, or even help you implement the plan through to completion.
